At DSS, our goal is to deliver part-time or full-time personnel that are trained and experienced to make the customer feel welcome, take orders, answer queries about the menu and provide the guests with the necessary utensils and condiments. They bring the food to the table ensuring that everything is perfect as they are the spokesperson between the chef and the clients. A fulfilling and enjoyable dining experience is provided in part by a server. A server works to ensure that the customers and guests in the restaurant are provided with everything they need to enjoy and appreciate their meal.
A banquet server is responsible for:
- Serving food and beverages to customers, as well as refilling empty glasses and plates.
- Making sure that all guests are taken care of and that the table setting is neat and organized.
- Ensuring that dirty dishes are taken away from tables, as well as ensuring that clean dishes are brought to the table when needed.
